Quantity Surveyor (Renovation)

Job Requirements:

  • Estimate construction project costs accurately, considering materials, labor, and equipment, based on project specifications.
  • Minimum 3 years experience.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Assist in the tendering process by preparing bills of quantities, analyzing tender submissions, and recommending constractors.
  • Monitor project costs, identify budget deviations, and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Manage client notices and claims according to contract terms.
  • Handle subcontractor payments and record-keeping.
